Head of Logitech for Business, Europe

The Role: We are looking for a dynamic Senior Leader with strong strategic vision, sound business planning, and Go-To-Market innovation to support our fast-growing B2B business in the Europe region. This new position requires a strong GM quality leader with:
- Extensive leadership experiences across B2B Sales and multiple functions;
- Proven track record in a multi-cultural & multi-geography leadership role;
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset who is comfortable executing locally and globally through strategic alignment and operational excellence within a matrix organization.
- Build and execute the 3 year GTM strategy for the continued growth and acceleration of the B2B Business which includes Video Collaboration (VC) , personal workspace, education curated solutions and the Logitech software and services offerings .
- Lead key initiatives that will drive cross category market acceleration in business and institutions. Capture market share as a result of clear execution to create demand with new and existing customers in the global, corporate, midmarket and foundational customers for video collaboration and personal workspace solutions.
- Oversee the regional B2B product P&L; ownership in delivering the quarterly targets and P&L Management;
- Directly lead, manage and develop the enterprise direct engagement salesforce, field solution engineers and channel sales teams. Assess and recruit new talent where gaps in coverage or skill set may exist.
- Develop new and deepen existing customer relationships with large global enterprises, educational institutions, and government bodies to drive sales by leveraging solutions providers,alliances, and through a variety of sales channels including, distribution, system integrators,VARs and AV Integrators and Marketplaces.
- Develop and grow existing and new executive relationships with key European channel partners to ensure Logitech share of their business as well as strategic and sales alignment.
- Build and grow our Alliance partnerships at an executive and local seller level with strategic UC platform providers like Microsoft, Zoom ,and Google as well as other strategic vendors through partnership, co-marketing, joint-selling and exploring opportunities that will improve attach rate and Logitech brand preference making Logitech preferred vendor.
- Forecast accuracy for the week/month and quarter forecast to develop predictability for gross revenue/ net sales / gross margin/ OPEX.
- Define the administrative and sales operations support needs of the European team including sales tools and CRM, and end user sales reporting while ensuring global consistency in operational excellence.
- +15 years in leadership position of a global B2B MNC company, leading multiple teams & cultures across Europe ;
- Extensive senior management experience in B2B sales, GTM & marketing (other functions a plus);
- Experience managing indirect partner relationships to sell through the channel is essential.
- Expertise leading forecasting and pipeline management processes through direct sales and channel organizations to align to Logitech global demand planning and sales forecasting,
- Excellent negotiation skills for customer engagement to maximize customer relations, sales performance expectations in key performance areas, and stakeholder management;
- Entrepreneurial and business owner mindset ;
- Agility and willingness to do what is needed to support your teams and drive the business forward with speed and flexibility;
- Strategic capability to develop, align, own and drive 3-5 year growth plan with HQ and regional markets;
- Comfortable & ability to lead & perform well in a matrix global organization
- Solid understanding B2B space including but not limiting to channel mgmt, high touch sales, different channel verticals, pre-sales and after sales, hardware/software product portfolio
- Disciplined approach to delivering sales growth through account plans, CRM tools and lifecycle customer management;
- Executive maturity to lead and build regional/country organization capability with entrepreneur mindset & speed;
