About the Role
Join a collaborative, cross-functional team shaping the future of legal technology. You'll apply your legal expertise to support the development of AI-driven solutions by creating and evaluating high-quality training data. As a senior team member, you'll also mentor colleagues and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support AI development
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to technical and product teams
• Create and maintain training data and evaluation sets
• Promote responsible and ethical AI practices
• Support team leads and contribute to stakeholder presentations

Requirements:

• Qualified legal professional with 3+ years PQE
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in diverse teams
• Interest in AI and machine learning (technical experience not required)
• Familiarity with agile or lean methodologies
• Comfortable using tools like Excel and PowerPoint
