Salesforce Business Analyst (Contract)

We're looking for a senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join a major transformation programme within a large financial services organisation.

What you'll bring:

10+ years' hands-on Salesforce experience across complex enterprise implementations
Strong banking/financial services domain knowledge, including regulatory and control awareness
Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Data Cloud, and a solid grasp of Agentforce
A track record of leading (not just supporting) major workstreams on large Salesforce transformation programmes
Comfort taking end-to-end ownership of complex business areas — discovery through to delivery
The confidence to challenge senior stakeholders, resolve ambiguity, and unblock engineering delivery
Experience working across Product, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Data, Integration and Testing in Agile teams
A senior, delivery-focused mindset — able to direct other BAs and lift programme pace and quality
