We're hiring for them a Director of Data Platforms & Intelligence, as one of there most critical leadership roles heading into 2026, owning the entire data ecosystem that powers the platform and future AI products.

What You'll Lead

• Data Platform Strategy & Architecture — build a modern, scalable ecosystem across GCP, streaming pipelines, ML enablement, and real-time analytics
• Data Operations & Reliability — observability, SLAs, lineage, zero data loss, high-trust data for executives & partners
• Business Intelligence — exec dashboards, advanced analytics, forecasting, KPI frameworks, decision intelligence
• AI Enablement — feature stores, predictive models, recommendation systems, anomaly detection
• Leadership — build and scale data engineering, BI, analytics and data ops teams

This role transforms data into a revenue-generating intelligence engine.

What You Bring

• 15+ years across data engineering, BI, analytics, architecture, or data science leadership
• Deep experience building enterprise-grade data platforms (GCP, BigQuery/Snowflake/ClickHouse, Kafka/PubSub, DBT, Airflow)
• Strong BI, analytics, forecasting, KPI frameworks & executive reporting capability
• Experience monetising data or building intelligence products
• Expertise in ML enablement, predictive analytics, MLOps
• Strong leadership presence + ability to influence at the executive table
• PDPL/GDPR knowledge; security & governance expertise
