In this position, you will design, develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning models that power advanced AI systems. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to turn complex business challenges into high-impact AI products.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Model Development: Build, train, and deploy predictive models that enhance AI-driven solutions
- Advanced AI Applications: Leverage state-of-the-art techniques including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable ML solutions
- Model Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve model performance in real-world environments
- Data Engineering: Design and maintain robust data pipelines to ensure high-quality inputs for ML systems
âś… Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Reinforcement Learning, or Data Science
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Strong expertise in Large Language Models and advanced fine-tuning techniques
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn
- Experience with Generative AI tools like LangChain, Weaviate, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex
- Advanced programming skills in Python
- Competitive programming or data science background (e.g., ACM/ICPC, IOI/NOI, Kaggle) is a strong plus
