Job Opportunity: Tech Lead – Leading Booking Platform - Relocate to (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)

We are partnering with a leading booking platform in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to find a talented Tech Lead who is ready to step into a management track role while utilizing their strong technical expertise. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about both hands-on solution architecture and leadership, guiding tech squads to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage individual tech squads (approximately 20% coding and 80% solution planning, strategy, and stakeholder management).
• Collaborate closely with Product Leads to shape the direction of the teams and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Provide architectural solutions, helping to define the roadmap and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Oversee the tech stack and ensure the quality process is maintained across squads.
• Progress along the management track, with potential to grow into a managerial role, overseeing and mentoring other engineers.

Ideal Candidate:

• Senior/Staff Engineer experience with a strong desire to move into management.
• Proven expertise in Solution Architecture , with a track record of delivering scalable and efficient systems.
• Hands-on experience working with PHP , Laravel , Oracle , and GCP .
• A collaborative leader who enjoys working with product teams to align tech solutions with business needs.
• Familiar with leading squads and overseeing the quality processes within the team.
