🚀 About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a confidential, well-funded AI venture to build a next-generation digital banking proposition.

This is a standalone venture, operating with the agility of a startup and the backing of an established company with a clear ambition to create a “super banking app” that seamlessly integrates services into one platform.

🎯 The Role

We are looking for a Product Leader who will report to the CEO and define and deliver the end-to-end digital experience of the platform.

This is a senior, hands-on product leadership role, responsible for shaping the core product strategy, customer journeys, and roadmap from an early stage of the build.

You will play a key role within the founding leadership team, working closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Data & AI, Operations, and Commercial to bring the vision to life.

You will define and evolve the core product vision and value proposition for the digital banking platform, translate high-level strategy into a clear, actionable product roadmap and own the design and optimisation of end-to-end customer journeys, while embedding AI capabilities into the product experience.

Must Haves:

• We are looking for a high-calibre product leader who combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Proven experience building or scaling digital banking, fintech, or consumer financial products
• Background in neo-banks, digital wallets, payments, or consumer finance platforms
• Exposure to AI/ML-driven products
