If spreadsheets, supporting customers, and keeping a busy team organised sounds like your thing and you’re excited by learning new technology and AI this could be the role for you. We’re looking for an Administrator to join a friendly telecoms team within a fun, sociable digital marketing agency.
You’ll be based in modern city-centre offices, enjoying perks such as free barista-made coffee, free breakfast, and beer or prosecco every Thursday.
The role
You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day telecoms admin tasks, helping to keep everything running smoothly. No previous telecoms experience is needed, just a positive attitude, strong self-confidence, and the ability to work independently when required.
You’ll be comfortable juggling deadlines, delivering work to a high standard, and communicating confidently with customers, account managers, and internal teams. As part of a small, supportive Operations team, everyone chips in, learns from one another, and develops new skills, meaning plenty of variety and opportunity to grow.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing daily telecoms tasks, including new number connections, cancellations, destination number changes, call stats, and number enquiries
- Handling queries, issues, and problems professionally, resolving them independently where possible or escalating when needed
- Keeping management and billing platforms accurate and up to date
- Processing number porting requests in line with client requirements
- Preparing for the monthly bill run, ensuring all records are correct before invoicing
- Adding new live numbers, cancellations, line rental changes, and exceptions to the billing platform
- Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving any billing errors
- Responding to client billing queries in a professional and timely manner
What you’ll bring
- A strong admin background with confidence using spreadsheets
- A natural eye for detail — you spot the small things others miss
- Super-organised, with the ability to juggle tasks like a pro
- Comfortable working at pace and spinning multiple plates
- Confident communicating with clients and suppliers over the phone
- Clear, friendly written and verbal communication skills
- Calm under pressure with a “let’s get it done” attitude
- A creative thinker who enjoys finding smarter, better ways of working

A competitive salary, pension plan and healthcare benefit scheme
Hybrid working policy
