IT Manager
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead technology infrastructure and drive digital transformation initiatives. This strategic role offers the opportunity to shape IT strategy, manage network operations, and implement innovative solutions including AI technologies.
Location: Burton on Trent
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 DOE
Working Pattern: Hybrid (2 days working from home)
Competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
- Manage all aspects of the company's network infrastructure
- Implementation of new systems
- Development of applications, and maintenance of the existing operating system
- Project managing new system implementation
- Advising on IT strategy, managing IT budgets
- Maintaining vendor relationships
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, manage AI implementation, and ensure IT security monitoring including access controls, patch management, and license compliance
PERSON REQUIREMENTS
- Essential experience in managing network infrastructure and IT operations, with strong knowledge of operating systems, hardware management, and business continuity planning.
- Proven track record in IT project management, budget management, and understanding of digital transformation including AI technologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to align IT initiatives with business objectives and manage multiple priorities effectively.
