Telecoms Account Manager

We’re looking for a confident and energetic Partner Sales Executive to support a select group of accredited partners. About the role:

As a desk-based Partner Sales Executive, you’ll take the lead in managing and developing trading performance with a portfolio of partners. This is a varied and hands-on role – one day you could be planning outbound call activity, the next analysing performance data or helping a partner through a product launch.

Basic salary £28 – 30k DOE, with 50% performance bonus. 22 days holiday plus BH’s. Hybrid working. On-site parking.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the sales performance and activity for your assigned partners
  • Support partners with structured sales and business development plans
  • Run call-out campaigns and join partners on customer calls as needed
  • Track performance weekly and adapt plans to hit KPIs
  • Help onboard new partners, including handling enquiries and booking introductory meetings
  • Keep Salesforce updated with activity and partner insights
  • Promote and support product launches and new propositions
  • Collaborate with marketing and other colleagues to help partners win new business and upskill on products

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven relationship management and communication skills
  • Sales and Account Management experience is essential, with a good understanding of performance tracking (Salesforce & Excel)
  • Experience of telecoms or technology solutions would be helpful
  • Comfortable making calls and engaging with people at all levels
  • Able to manage multiple partners and priorities effectively
