Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in an admin-based role who wants to develop their career within a dynamic, forward-thinking tech organisation.
You’ll be a key point of support for the sales team — managing quotes, maintaining CRM accuracy, updating pricing information, and ensuring processes are followed consistently. Your work will directly contribute to successful sales outcomes, partner satisfaction, and the efficiency of the commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and submit quotes in Salesforce with accuracy and within SLA targets.
- Maintain CRM data including opportunities, partner details, pricing and product information.
- Assist with general Salesforce administration to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Build and maintain vendor quoting guides, pricing documentation and process notes.
- Review and update pricing/price books, communicating changes to relevant teams.
- Generate and analyse sales reports to support pipeline and performance tracking.
- Work closely with the sales team to follow up on smaller value opportunities.
- Provide general support to the Sales Support team during peak workloads.
- Assist the Operations team during high-volume periods such as end of quarter, including processing and packing orders when required.
Skills, Experience & Attributes
- Minimum 1 year experience in administration, sales support or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator — in person, in writing and over the phone.
- Friendly and professional rapport-building skills.
- Proactive, curious and eager to learn — someone who takes ownership.
- Strong problem-solver with an analytical, process-driven approach.
- Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting others.
