TheServiceDeskisrecognisedforprovidingindustry-leadingsupportforawellknownFreightSoftwaresystem,amatureclient/,including CDS and NCTS .

Duetocurrentexpansionthiswillbeanewkeyroleandexcitingtimestojoinandsupportthegrowingproductrangeandassistinbuildingacutting-edge,web-basedfront-endfromthegroundup.

Theperson

Weareseekinga TechnicalFreightSupportSpecialist withastrongbackgroundin customsdeclarationsand/orfreightforwarding ,self-startingproblemsolverwiththeabilitytolearnnewtechnologiesquickly.Theidealcandidatewillbeacommunicativeteamplayerwithawelcomingandengagingdemeanour.

Requiredexperience

Thecandidateshouldhavethefollowingexperience:

• In-depthknowledgeofUKcustomsdeclarationsand/orfreightforwarding.
• ExperienceofcompletingImport&Exportentries
• Excellentcommunicationskills(bothverbalandwritten)withtheabilitytoworkbothindependentlyandaspartofteam.
• Haveagreatpersonality;youwillbeexpectedtoworkcloselywiththeteam,continuouslylearn,andactivelyshareknowledgewithothers.
• Haveaproblem-solvingmindset,goodproblemanalysisandakeeneyefordetail
• Abilitytocopeunderpressureandmeetdeadlines
• Youmustalsobeenthusiasticandbewillingtoacceptnewchallenges.
• Excellentcustomerserviceskills/commercialawareness
