WeareseekingaTechnicalFreightSupportSpecialistwithastrongbackgroundincustomsdeclarationsand/orfreightforwarding,self-startingproblemsolverwiththeabilitytolearnnewtechnologiesquickly.Theidealcandidatewillbeacommunicativeteamplayerwithawelcomingandengagingdemeanour.
Requiredexperience
Thecandidateshouldhavethefollowingexperience:
- In-depthknowledgeofUKcustomsdeclarationsand/orfreightforwarding.
- ExperienceofcompletingImport&Exportentries
- Excellentcommunicationskills(bothverbalandwritten)withtheabilitytoworkbothindependentlyandaspartofteam.
- Haveagreatpersonality;youwillbeexpectedtoworkcloselywiththeteam,continuouslylearn,andactivelyshareknowledgewithothers.
- Haveaproblem-solvingmindset,goodproblemanalysisandakeeneyefordetail
- Abilitytocopeunderpressureandmeetdeadlines
- Youmustalsobeenthusiasticandbewillingtoacceptnewchallenges.
- Excellentcustomerserviceskills/commercialawareness
