About The Role
Hippo is recruiting for Senior Product Managers to join our growing team. Product Managers ensure that our client's goals are translated into actionable plans. This involves creating a compelling product vision, developing roadmaps, writing user stories, and actively managing a prioritized backlog.
As a Senior Consultant specializing in Product , you will be an expert in your field, proficient in agile methodologies, and a confident coach. You will also lead people and teams, advocating for user-centered design approaches. Please note, we are seeking candidates interested in growth at this senior level. Therefore, the advertised salary band is at the lower end of our full range for this position, providing room for progression.
Your role in a nutshell:
- Inspire and guide colleagues by supporting them in understanding client needs, explaining the broader context, and securing buy-in.
- Provide team leadership and shield your team from distractions to focus on delivery.
- Engage with stakeholders to create a project vision, translating it into a roadmap and a prioritized backlog.
- Communicate effectively with a diverse group of people, including subject matter experts.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering work for a high-profile client.
