We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing, innovative fintech company that’s changing the way people invest. Their mission? To simplify wealth-building and make investing accessible to everyone. With an ambitious 2025 roadmap and new backing from a global financial group, they’re scaling fast — and looking for a Director of Product to lead that charge.

As Director of Product , you’ll lead a team of talented product managers across multiple domains. You’ll define the product vision, execute on ambitious growth plans, and bring to life new offerings like mutual funds, bonds, and family investing tools — with AI-driven user experiences on the horizon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive product strategy aligned with company mission and commercial goals
• Lead and scale a high-performing team of product managers
• Ship impactful products through iterative, data-led execution
• Champion customer needs and discovery across all product areas
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and ops
• Embed lightweight but effective processes that balance compliance and innovation
• Shape and evolve product practices as the business scales

You’ll Need:

• 8+ years of product experience, including 4+ in leadership
• Fintech or regulated industry background highly preferred
• Strong product craft, commercial mindset, and customer obsession
• Experience managing complex digital products at scale
• Sharp analytical thinking and a hands-on, strategic approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant postgrad a plus
