The Opportunity

Partnerships are the connective tissue of our growth strategy, extending our reach, amplifying our value, and embedding Dixa into the ecommerce ecosystem. As Partnership Manager, you'll manage our partner ecosystem end to end: recruiting and enabling tech partners and agencies, driving sourced and influenced revenue, and building a thriving community that makes Dixa the default choice.

You'll identify the right partners, craft compelling joint value propositions, and orchestrate co-marketing plays that generate real pipeline. At the same time, you'll be the voice of our partners internally, ensuring they're embedded in our sales motion and top-of-mind for customers. It's a rare chance to shape our partnership playbook from the ground up, work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product, and see your impact on revenue in real time.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years in partnership management with proven success driving sourced and influenced revenue, preferably in SaaS or B2B tech
  • Strong network in ecommerce, CX, or customer service technology ecosystem
  • Hands-on experience executing partner events, webinars, and co-marketing campaigns
  • Proficient with Salesforce, Crossbeam, Slack, Notion, Excel, and AI productivity tools
  • Analytical mindset with ability to track partnership KPIs and optimize performance
  • Self-starter who takes ownership, solves problems proactively, and thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Willingness to travel 30–40% for partner meetings and events

What Success Looks Like

Your impact will be measured across three core areas:

🎯 Revenue Impact - Drive sourced pipeline targets, increase influenced revenue through partner attach rate, and deliver quality partner introductions that convert to closed deals.

🤝 Partnership Growth - Onboard and activate high-value tech partners and ecommerce agencies, run effective account interlocks with Crossbeam mapping, and maintain a drumbeat of joint GTM activities.

📣 Ecosystem Leadership - Champion our partner ecosystem internally and externally, build a vibrant partner community, and ensure partners are embedded in our GTM motion with customers and prospects.
