The Opportunity
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a key role in accelerating Dixa's growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. Working closely with an assigned Account Executive, the SDR is the first point of contact for prospective customers - uncovering their challenges, communicating Dixa's value, and building a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities. This role is an excellent entry point into a career in consultative sales, with clear opportunities for growth and progression within Dixa's commercial organisation.
Professional Qualifications
- Full professional proficiency in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in a sales, customer-facing, or outbound prospecting role is advantageous but not required.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales prospecting tools (e.g. Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach) is a plus.
- An understanding of or genuine interest in the customer service and CRM industry.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to meet and exceed targets consistently.
- Passionate about building a career in consultative sales and eager to learn and develop quickly.
- Strong communicator who can engage prospects confidently and handle objections with professionalism.

🎯 Pipeline Generation - Hit and exceed outbound sourced pipeline targets, build a robust qualified pipeline for your Account Executive, and deliver high-quality, pre-qualified meetings with key decision-makers that convert to closed deals.
🤝 Prospect Engagement - Execute multi-channel outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and events, nurture long-term relationships with prospects and past opportunities, and handle objections confidently to keep deals moving forward.
📊 Process & Craft - Maintain accurate CRM and sales engagement records, leverage AI tools to personalise outreach at scale without losing the human touch, and continuously sharpen your market expertise to become a genuine authority in the customer service and CRM space.
