Commercial Solicitor (Tech and AI)
Role: Commercial and Tech Solicitor Location: Manchester CC Salary: £65K to £85K DOE Douglas Scott are currently supporting a national firm with an excellent opportunity for a Commercial & Technology Lawyer (2 to 8 PQE) to join their growing team.This is a fantastic position for someone who enjoys a genuinely varied mix of technology (transactional and regulatory), commercial contracts, IP-related work, consumer advisory, media and licensing matters, and who wants to develop within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.The role sits within a team that has clear career benchmarks, ensuring you know exactly what’s expected at each stage of your development. You’ll be encouraged to build your technical expertise, deliver excellent client service, and play an active role in developing client relationships and supporting the wider business.Key highlights:

- Experience from a medium/large private practice or a specialist tech firm. In-House experience also considered.
- A genuine interest in developing business development skills
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support and learn from colleagues.
- Experience in consumer law or online safety would be an advantage.
