Data Privacy Associate
This is a rare opportunity to join one of the largest international data privacy practices, advising blue-chip clients on cutting-edge issues across GDPR, AI, and digital regulation. Whether you’re a 4PQE Associate looking to step up, or a Senior Associate at 7–11PQE seeking a leadership platform, this role offers both breadth and progression. What you’ll do

- Advise on emerging digital regulation, including online safety and AI frameworks.
- Lead privacy support on major transactions: IT contracts, outsourcing, licensing, and data sharing agreements.
- Build client relationships through business development, speaking opportunities, and thought leadership.
- Supervise juniors, take ownership of workstreams, and for senior-level hires — play a key role in client management and team leadership.
- 4+PQE in data privacy (Associate level) OR 7–11PQE (Senior Associate Level).
- Solid experience advising on EU/UK GDPR, international transfers, processor agreements, privacy notices, and direct marketing/e-Privacy.
