We're helping them hire a Customer Success Manager to own onboarding, drive adoption, and deliver measurable client value.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end onboarding: discovery, integrations, training, go-live
- Build trusted long-term client relationships
- Monitor usage, health & ROI; identify expansion & retention risks
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product, Engineering, AI & Sales
- Troubleshoot configuration, APIs, data flows & integrations
You’ll thrive if you have
- 2–4 years in client-facing B2B SaaS (CSM, TAM, Solutions Engineer, Implementation, etc.)
- Proven ownership of client lifecycle & value delivery
- Comfort with technical concepts (APIs, integrations, data flows, basic troubleshooting)
- Excellent communication: explain complex features to non-technical users & turn feedback into clear product input
- Collaborative mindset & interest in PropTech / real estate
