Job Title: B2B Sales Executive - Technology / SaaS Sector

Location: Christchurch, Dorset (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days home)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: Up to £37,000 (DOE) Uncapped Commission (OTE £52,000+)

A leading technology solutions provider is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join their growing sales team. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify and engage new business prospects in the mid-market and enterprise space
  • Support marketing initiatives and lead generation strategies
  • Build pipelines via cold calling, email outreach, and sector insights
  • Monitor inbound leads and ensure timely handover to the Sales team
  • Schedule appointments for Account Managers and Sales colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with Technical, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure an exceptional customer journey
  • Represent the company at events, online user groups, exhibitions, and reseller visits
  • Build target lists on LinkedIn and increase brand visibility
  • Support smaller resellers in identifying opportunities
  • Provide feedback to Marketing on customer trends and campaign performance
  • Assist with tasks such as campaign tagging and internal processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, in tech or software solutions
  • Must be able to demonstrate previous experience in software sales
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Confidence in building rapport and engaging with prospects via phone, email and video
  • Ability to work proactively and independently as well as part of a team
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and lead generation platforms
  • Enthusiastic about contributing to company goals and client success
