Part-Time Client Sales Executive - Charity & Community Programme

Location: Fordingbridge, Hampshire

Salary: £14.50 - £15.00 per hour + Commission

Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Flexible Working Hours)

OTE: Up to £20,000 per annum

We are recruiting for a Client Sales Executive to join a friendly and growing organisation that delivers a community-focused IT programme supporting charities and small businesses across the UK.

This is a relationship-led role focused on speaking with local businesses, managing enquiries, and building long-term partnerships. No aggressive sales tactics or cold calling involved - full training is provided.

• Speak with local businesses about a charity-supported IT programme
• Follow up warm enquiries and existing leads
• Build strong relationships with customers and community partners
• Explain services and charitable benefits in a clear, engaging way
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity updates
• Work towards achievable engagement and commission targets

• Confident and friendly communicator
• Good customer service and relationship-building skills
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Positive and self-motivated attitude
• Comfortable speaking with businesses over the phone
• Previous experience in sales, telesales, fundraising, customer service, business development or account management is helpful but not essential
