Job Title: Sales Advisor – Charity Programme (Part-Time)

Location: Fordingbridge (office-based, flexible working available)

Salary: £38,000 FTE + 10% commission (pro rata: up to £20,000 per annum including commission)

Hours: 20 hours per week, flexible working

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Advisor to join a well-established organisation supporting a charity-led IT services programme. You will work with local businesses, handling inbound enquiries and making outbound calls to promote IT services that deliver real value to the community.

This part-time role (20 hours per week) offers flexible working arrangements and the chance to be part of purpose-driven work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound sales enquiries from local businesses interested in charitable IT services.
• Make outbound calls to introduce and promote the charity programme.
• Explain the benefits and impact of the organisation’s IT services clearly and confidently.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Follow up on leads and progress opportunities to completion.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Work towards achievable sales and engagement targets.
• Represent the organisation professionally at all times.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in sales, telesales, fundraising, or customer service preferred.
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Confident communicator with strong rapport-building skills.
• Organised, reliable, self-motivated, with good attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and interest in charity-led or purpose-driven initiatives.
• Able to manage workload effectively within a part-time schedule.
