Trainee Sales Executive

Fordingbridge | Full-time | £26,000 basic + OTE up to £35,000 | Full training provided

Looking to start a career in B2B sales but don't have previous sales experience?

We’re working with an established technology and managed print services business based in Fordingbridge. Established since 2006, the company works with businesses, charities and organisations across the UK, providing Xerox technology, managed print solutions, software and technical support.

This is a great opportunity to join an experienced sales team and work closely with the Sales Director, who will provide full training, coaching and support from day one.

You'll learn how to build relationships with business customers, identify sales opportunities and develop them through to a successful sale.

You’ll be involved in a variety of sales and business development activities, including:

• Speaking with new and existing business customers.
• Responding to inbound enquiries and following up warm leads.
• Making outbound sales calls.
• Identifying new business opportunities.
• Building relationships with business owners and decision makers.
• Understanding customer requirements and introducing suitable solutions.
• Following up opportunities and progressing sales.
• Keeping customer and sales information up to date.
• Working towards sales targets and earning commission.

You’ll receive full training and gradually take on more responsibility as your confidence and sales skills develop.

Previous sales experience isn't essential.

You could be a graduate or college leaver, or have some experience in customer service, retail, recruitment, hospitality or another customer-facing role.

• £26,000 basic salary
