Sales Executive

Location: Portsmouth (On-site)Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + Commission (OTE £45,000 in Year 1)Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (No weekends!)

I'm working with a long-established client in Portsmouth who specialise in delivering cutting-edge technology solutions to businesses across the UK. They're now looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join their B2B division - a fantastic opportunity if you have sales experience and want to step into a professional environment with no weekend work, a clear career path, and the chance to earn excellent commission.

• Competitive salary of £27,000 - £30,000 plus uncapped commission

As a Sales Executive, you'll be part of a busy B2B sales team where your focus will be on:

• Building and maintaining strong business relationships

• Identifying new opportunities and managing the full sales cycle

• Advising clients and tailoring solutions to their needs

• Achieving and exceeding personal and team sales targets

We're looking for someone with at least 1 year of sales experience who's ready to step into a business-to-business environment. You'll thrive if you are:

• Ambitious, target-driven and motivated by commission

• Confident in communication, with strong relationship-building skills

• Seeking a stable, Monday-Friday role with no weekend commitments

• Keen to grow a successful career in sales within a supportive team
