The Role: Global Account Director

Following a record year in 2025 we are looking to expand our client growth team by bringing on board a driven and commercially astute Account Director to grow a portfolio of existing accounts. They will be expected to maximise existing relationships and forge new ones to deliver long-term sustainable growth. This is a quota-carrying role ideal for a strategic, client-focused sales professional who thrives on hitting targets and delivering value.

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer , you’ll be commercially minded with a strategic outlook and have experience working with senior stakeholders across your client base as well as scaling long-term client partnerships. This is a senior, high-impact role - you’ll work closely with our senior leadership and play a key commercial role across some of our largest accounts.

Key Responsibilities

· Own a target to commercially grow and maximise revenue across a portfolio of enterprise, global CPG accounts.

· Expand client networks and opportunities through outbound activity to build and maintain a healthy pipeline.

· Navigate and advise on local and global contracts and commercial terms.

· Lead on existing client opportunities, working closely with the Customer Success and Product teams to convert.

· Map client plans to demonstrate commercial opportunity of each existing account.

· Elevate Dragonfly’s standing within large global CPGs, navigating their divisions and markets to unlock new opportunities.

· Travel nationally and internationally to meet clients and attend events.

About You

· 8+ years’ experience in a sales-focused account management role in B2B SaaS or MarTech, selling into CPG/FMCG brands, with a strong understanding of in-store and e-commerce business cases.

· Proven track record of driving upsell and growing an existing client portfolio in a quota-carrying capacity

· Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with confidence in managing revenue pipelines.

· Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot & Salesloft).

· Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

· Comfortable navigating fast-paced, high-growth environments.

· Desire to travel to meet with clients nationally and internationally where relevant.

· The right to work in the UK or US relevant to your base location.
