DH Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a growing business within the telecommunications sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join a forward-thinking company at their brand-new office based in Nursling Industrial Estate - an ideal location for motorway commuters.
The RoleThis is a B2B outbound sales position, responsible for contacting businesses, introducing tailored communication and connectivity solutions, and generating new business opportunities. Full training and structured support will be provided.

Key Duties
Making outbound B2B calls to generate new business opportunities
Speaking with decision-makers and identifying business need
Booking a minimum of 5 fully qualified appointments per week
- Updating CRM accurately with call notes and outcomes
Working towards daily call targets and weekly KPIs
Previous experience in telesales, outbound sales, or lead generation essential (full product training provided)
Confident and professional telephone manner
Target-driven and self-motivated
Comfortable working independently and within a team
