- 2+ years in Growth Marketing/UA with Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, App Store Connect & Google Play Console
- Strong ASO knowledge and Firebase tracking experience
- Proven ability to turn data into creative briefs
- Full UK driving licence
Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to own paid UA and ASO strategies, driving user acquisition, lowering CAC, and increasing LTV. You’ll manage the full user journey—from first ad touch to app store conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid UA campaigns (Google UAC, ASA) and optimise bids, budgets, and creatives
- Lead A/B testing on ads, copy, landing pages, and assets
- Optimise app store metadata, visuals, and videos for discoverability and conversion
- Collaborate with Product/Dev teams to align campaigns with feature launches
- Analyse metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS) and identify growth opportunities

Experience:
