Account Director
Dunbar Brown Group is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a leading UK Data & AI consultancy to appoint an experienced Account Director.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-growth consultancy delivering enterprise-scale data transformation programmes across a range of industries. Working with cutting-edge technologies including Databricks and Snowflake, you'll play a key role in helping organisations unlock the value of their data through strategic consulting and managed services.
What you'll be doing:
• Driving new business growth and delivering against ambitious revenue targets
• Building and executing strategic sales plans for managed data services
• Developing relationships with senior decision-makers across enterprise organisations
• Identifying, qualifying and winning complex digital transformation opportunities
• Working closely with technical consultants and delivery teams to design tailored client solutions
• Leading client presentations, commercial negotiations and long-term account development
• Keeping ahead of market trends within Data, AI and Analytics
We're looking for someone who has:
A proven background selling consultancy or professional services within the Data & AI ecosystem
Experience working with technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, or similar cloud data platforms
A successful track record of winning and growing large-scale digital transformation engagements
Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to engage C-level stakeholders
A strategic, commercially minded approach with a passion for helping clients solve complex business challenges
Please note: This role is specifically for candidates with experience selling consultancy/professional services. Applicants from software vendor-only backgrounds without consultancy sales experience are unlikely to be considered.
