Computer Vision Engineer

Dunbar Brown Group is working exclusively with a robotics business in Edinburgh to help find a Computer Vision Engineer to join their growing team. Ideally this person will be able to work out of their Edinburgh office on a hybrid model to collaborate with the team and hardware.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Design and implement computer vision algorithms for object detection, segmentation, tracking and pose estimation.
• Build and optimise real-time vision pipelines for robotic systems operating in production environments
• Integrate vision systems with robot control and motion planning frameworks
• Work with hardware teams to enable closed-loop control (vision to decision to movement)
• Train, fine-tune and deploy deep learning models for perception tasks

Ideally this person will have experience in real world application and use cases within a commercial environment.
