We pride ourselves on being a one-stop-shop for fire detection, suppression, intruder systems, CCTV, access control, structured cabling and more.

The Role - Fire & Security Engineer

You will join a growing team and cover the London area, servicing, maintaining and repairing fire and security systems for a trusted brand that prioritises engineers.

This is a field-based, hands-on position, focused on servicing and upkeep rather than full project installation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Servicing and maintaining a wide range of fire alarms, intruder systems, CCTV and access control equipment.
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults across fire alarms, CCTV, intruder and access control systems.
  • Carrying out routine inspections, preventative maintenance and compliance checks.
  • Providing professional, customer-focused service during every visit, reflecting the company's customer-first ethos.
  • Ensuring all work is completed to current safety, compliance and accreditation standards.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in the fire & security industry
  • Technical knowledge and hands-on experience across both fire alarm systems and security systems (intruder alarms, CCTV, access control). Multi-skilled ability with a preference to specialise in one but competent in both.
  • SVQ Level 3 in Fire & Security (or equivalent qualification) is desirable.
  • A proactive problem-solver, excellent communicator and confident working independently.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence and flexibility to travel around the London region (and potentially further as the area business grows).
  • Installation experience is welcome, but the primary focus is service and maintenance.

Why Join Us

We bring the structure, accreditation and resources of a national provider while maintaining a family-run culture and engineer-first mindset.

Our service-led ethos means you'll be working in a company that values your experience, supports your development, and lets you build a strong career in the fire & security industry.
