CRM Data Specialist

CRM Data Specialist / Data Researcher / CRM Data Analyst.  Hybrid.  My client is a successful technical solutions company with a global reach, currently undergoing significant growth across multiple departments.  As part of this expansion, they’re looking to appoint a detail-driven Data Researcher / CRM Data Specialist to join a small, friendly, and fast-paced team led by an experienced manager.

The role:

This role is focused on researching and enriching data for targeted multi-touch campaigns, helping to ensure that the company’s well-established bespoke CRM remains accurate, insightful, and fit for purpose. The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting marketing and business development efforts by identifying the right people and organisations to engage.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure CRM data is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
• Use tools like LinkedIn, Cognism, and Endole to fill data gaps and gather company insights
• Support marketing and new business campaigns by identifying key buying personas
• Maintain CRM integrity and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
• Generate reports on data quality and campaign performance
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align data efforts with business goals

Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years’ experience working with large datasets and generating actionable insights
• Strong Excel skills and solid CRM system experience
• Experience in data cleaning, validation, and basic analysis
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude and open-minded approach
• Understanding of GDPR and data compliance
• Knowledge of marketing automation is a plus

Location

Hybrid role, 2 days per week at the office in the Bournemouth area.
