Account Executive

Deployment Strategist | London | Early-Career Generalists

A high-growth AI company in London is hiring Deployment Strategists to join its early team. The organisation builds AI-native workflows for large, complex enterprises and is scaling rapidly with support from top-tier investors.

This is an opportunity for early-career generalists who want to take on significant responsibility, work directly with a world-class founding team, and play a central role in scaling major accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sales execution and manage enterprise relationships end-to-end
• Lead onboarding processes and drive adoption across multiple stakeholders
• Expand accounts from initial deployment to large-scale commercial contracts (6–8 figures)
• Translate customer needs into product requirements and influence the roadmap
• Travel on-site (~25%) to work directly with customers
• Operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced, in-person environment

Ideal Background

• 1–5 years in a client-facing, operational, delivery, or deployment-style role
• Experience navigating complex organisations and delivering high-quality outcomes
• Strong problem-solving ability and comfort with ambiguity
• High work ethic, ownership mindset, and desire to work closely with leadership
• STEM, consulting, or technical background is a plus
