End User Support Specialist

Durlston Partners are working with a Hedge Fund who are looking to bring on an experienced support engineer. Key technologies required are Windows and Azure support and administration, touching on other technologies including AWS, Linux, automation tooling etc.

Working closely with Traders and Quants, be the 'fixer' across the floor and provide top class service for a high performing team and environment. This is the sole support role for the London office. There is fantastic opportunity for growth within the role, with training provided, shadowing a fantastic Head of Infrastructure. Expect to quickly upskill in scripting, with scope to grow your technical skill set in tandem with maintaining a harmonious trading floor.

The business is scaling, and you can expect office moves, new office builds and further support engineers to join. The right person will likely move towards leading the function as the business scales.

The role will be 5 days per week on site (London), as expected with this type of role. We're seeking technology enthusiasts, with a desire to learn more wherever the opportunity presents itself. If this sounds like you, get in touch!
