Full Stack Developer (Java/React) - Multi-Strat Hedge Fund - London - Up to £130k + Bonus

One of London's best-performing funds is building out its trading operations team with a hire into its Treasury Technology function. This would be working in a tech-driven firm that treats engineering as a first-class citizen — not just support for the business. They have a flat structure with open lines to senior leadership, allowing fast decision-making and direct impact on trading outcomes.

Role:

• Design and implement processes to calculate and optimise margin and financing for multiple funds, integrating vendor solutions where appropriate.
• Build new tools that automate and enhance Treasury workflows, driving efficiency and scalability.
• Develop and integrate real-time Treasury portfolio charges into the broader risk management system.
• Own, manage, and support both new and existing systems across the full technology stack.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of commercial experience with Java and TypeScript/React (or equivalent).
• Solid SQL/RDBMS skills.
• A keen interest or experience in financial systems and trading technology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with trading and operations teams.
• Willingness to work across the full stack, including frontend, middleware, servers, and databases — potentially using other languages (e.g., Python).
