A fast-growing AI company is opening a new London office and looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team building cutting-edge agentic and conversational AI systems used by major global brands.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with complex systems, mentoring engineers, and partnering directly with customers to turn real-world challenges into scalable technical solutions.

What you’ll do

• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team.
• Deliver AI-driven agents that manage sophisticated customer interactions at scale.
• Work closely with product, research, and enterprise customers to shape platform direction.
• Take ownership of technical decisions, system reliability, and continuous improvement.

What you bring

• 2+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• 7+ years in software engineering.
• Strong skills in Python, TypeScript, and asynchronous programming.
• Ability to dive deep into complex systems and drive high-quality execution.
• (Bonus) Experience with multimodal models or AI systems.
