They're expanding their core research function and need a senior engineer to push the frontier of their conversational AI stack.

What you'll be working on:

• Driving core model improvements across reasoning, context handling, and task completion
• Post-training and optimising LLMs for reliability and efficiency at production scale
• Building and iterating on end-to-end ML pipelines from experimentation to deployment
• Translating ambiguous research ideas into measurable, shipped improvements

What they're looking for:

• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering or research
• Proven experience post-training and deploying LLMs in production
• Strong Python and modern ML tooling - training, evaluation, and data pipelines
• A builder who thrives on ownership and turning research into real-world impact
