Senior Software Engineer Middle Office Trading & Technology
London | Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 remote)
A scaling macro hedge fund founded by a leading portfolio manager from a top multi-manager is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its Middle Office Trading & Technology team. The fund continues to expand across London and New York, trading fixed-income relative value and macro strategies.
As a Senior Engineer, you will design and build core systems supporting trade capture, lifecycle management, P&L, and reconciliations , working directly with trading, quant, and operations teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in trading or financial-technology environments
- Strong proficiency in C# and Python
- Experience with middle-office, risk, or trade lifecycle systems
- Pragmatic, collaborative engineer with a focus on reliability and scalability
