Senior Software Engineer (London Area)

This is a tech-first HFT firm where engineering is the core differentiator — not an afterthought. The team builds everything in-house, from scratch, with minimal bureaucracy, and a relentless focus on speed, precision, and clean design. No legacy systems, no silos — just smart people solving hard problems with the best tools available.

You’ll be working on some of the most latency-sensitive systems in the world, leveraging modern C++20/23, and pushing hardware/Software to its limits.

They're looking for engineers who:

• Think in cycles and cache lines, not just code.
• Know template metaprogramming, compiler internals, assembly, and performance tuning.
• Understand how to extract every drop of performance from a system — from CPU pipelines to network stacks.
• Have experience in low-latency, multithreaded, high-throughput systems — ideally in trading, gaming, or embedded systems.

You’ll be given full ownership of performance-critical systems, working alongside some of the best engineers in the industry, with direct impact on trading.
