Software Engineer

Software Engineer | London | GenAI

We are partnered with a GenAI platform for enterprise customer experience - one of the fastest growing AI companies in the world. Backed by very large investors and founders from top tier firms across the space.

They have built a platform that resolves millions of customer inquiries across chat, email, and voice, in every language, around the clock. Spanning finance, healthcare. hospitality and consumer tech. This isn’t a company still searching for product-market fit; they’re scaling a proven platform into every major industry on earth.

The culture is in-office, high-velocity, and unambiguously excellent. If you want to move fast, own your work completely, and build things that reach millions of users, this is the environment for it.

The Role

You’ll join the Engineering department responsible for deploying mission-critical AI agents directly to enterprise customers. This is end-to-end ownership: you’ll take agents from initial implementation through to continuous iteration in production, working directly with customer stakeholders across industries.

The problems here are genuinely hard. You’ll be building agents that need to outperform human support in managing complex, high-stakes interactions at scale. That means digging deep into system failures, running evaluations on the latest frontier models, and engineering solutions that are both elegant and robust.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and build AI agents that outperform human agents in managing complex customer interactions and driving retention
  • Identify cross-customer trends to inform the evolution of the agent platform and research roadmap
  • Experiment with and evaluate the latest text and voice models, then integrate them at scale with enterprise customers
  • Collaborate directly with customer leaders across finance, healthcare, and hospitality to solve real user problems
  • Own your work end-to-end - from architecture decisions through to production deployment and iteration

What They’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of industry software engineering experience
  • Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript, including asynchronous programming
  • High comfort level debugging complex system failures across deep technology stacks
  • A mindset of full ownership - you treat production issues as your own and don’t wait to be asked

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience working with multi-modal models

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary + equity
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Flexible ‘take what you need’ vacation policy
  • Daily lunches, dinners, and snacks in the office
