Core Objectives:

• Build and scale the core AI platform that powers autonomous and conversational AI agents.
• Design and implement features that enhance the capabilities, reliability, and scalability of agentic systems.
• Propose and deliver meaningful improvements to the systems architecture, APIs, and performance.
• Drive adoption of engineering best practices across testing, CI/CD, observability, and deployment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with research and product teams to translate AI models into production-ready systems.

Tech Stack & Requirements

• The platform is primarily built using Python and TypeScript , but we welcome engineers from any strong object-oriented programming background. Candidates with experience in trading systems, big tech, or AI-driven products often thrive here due to the performance, scalability, and reliability challenges involved.

• Has strong computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, and system design), you will be tested .
• Is motivated to work hard at a fast-growing AI start-up.
