This is for a coal-face sales leader — someone who still loves the chase, knows how universities really buy, and thrives in the chaos and opportunity of a proper tech scale-up.
If you've sold SaaS or software / tech solutions / IT security etc into universities, can walk into a room with a CIO or CTO and hold your own, and you want to own and build something, keep reading.

The Role (What This Really Is)
You are the VP of Sales for Education — but you're hands-on, quota-carrying and leading from the front.
You will:
- Own education growth globally (UK, North America, selected international markets)
- Personally close big university and campus deals
- Build and refine the go-to-market playbook for education
- Shape how the business wins in:
- Universities
- Colleges
- Student accommodation / campus housing
- Influence product, messaging and positioning based on what you're seeing in the field
This is fast, fluid and high-impact. You'll have freedom, backing and real influence.
What You'll Be Selling
A powerful SaaS platform covering:
- Secure identity-based onboarding (IPSK)
- Campus & student accommodation connectivity (MDU-style)
- Guest WiFi & analytics
- Cyber-secure device access
- Digital engagement & access intelligence.

Who This Is For
You're probably:
- A senior SaaS sales leader who still loves selling
- Experienced selling into universities / higher education
- Used to complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals

- Estates, accommodation and digital teams
- Someone who thrives in scale-ups, not corporate machines
- Agile, proactive, commercial and not afraid to get your hands dirty
10+ years in education or enterprise SaaS sales is ideal — what matters most is that you can make things happen.
Location & Package
- North West / West Yorkshire preferred (North of Birmingham)
- Hybrid working
- International travel
- £85,000 – £100,000 basic
- Double OTE (seriously strong earning potential)
