Job Title: Sales Development Representative - IT Managed Services (MSP)

Location: Southport / North West (hybrid depending on location)

Salary: Commission-led

Hours: Full-time, 09:00 – 17:00

We’re working with a growing MSP based in the North West supporting SME businesses across the North West (30–100 users). They deliver end-to-end IT services including helpdesk, cyber security, backups, telecoms and print.

They’re now looking for a Sales Development Representative to come in and drive new business activity and help build out the sales function properly.

The role

  • Book and attend 5–10 qualified meetings per week
  • Speak with SME decision makers across the region
  • Build pipeline and support new business growth
  • Work closely with leadership on sales strategy
  • Play a key role in shaping a future sales team

What they’re looking for

  • Background in IT / MSP / tech sales preferred
  • Confident booking and running meetings
  • Strong communicator who can handle SME-level conversations
  • Someone proactive who wants to help build something, not just sit in a seat
