Senior Network Engineer - Cisco, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE x multiple opportunities
Location: London – Hybrid (2 days in-office)
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 DOE + Bonus, Healthcare, Pension, Training
Must be UK based and eligible to live and work in the UK.

The Role: Senior Network Engineer
As a network engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in managing and maintaining enterprise-level network environments. Your primary focus will be network monitoring, network management, escalated troubleshooting, and incident resolution, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime for clients.
You’ll have full ownership of the network infrastructure, providing high-level support and proactive problem-solving while collaborating on key projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Network monitoring and incident management: proactively monitor and resolve network issues, ensuring SLAs are consistently met.
- Troubleshooting and resolution: diagnose and resolve incidents to minimize downtime and enhance network performance.
- Customer support: act as the primary contact for network-related issues, delivering excellent service.
- Project support: assist with network-related projects and new implementations.
- Continuous learning: stay up to date with emerging network technologies and best practices.
- Acting as 4th their support before vendor escalation
Skills & Experience Required
The company provides a flexible and supportive working environment, but to excel in this role, you should have:
- Act as point of escalation for network engineering team
- CCNP or CCNA-level experience in enterprise networking.
- Experience in a network operations centre (NOC) or demonstrable experience managing a network
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking principles (OSPF, BGP, etc.).
- Excellent enterprise networking skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
