BMS Project Manager

BMS Project Manager wanted to join a very modern multimillion pound business!
Salary up to £85K + £5K car allowance + Employee profit share bonus AND Management bonus scheme (Although there will be flexibility for highly experienced candidates)
Canary Wharf office with travel to site

You ll take responsibility for the successful delivery of major BMS and controls projects, typically valued at £2m to £4m+, working across the full project lifecycle.

Key BMS PM Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of BMS projects from pre-construction handover through to completion and aftercare support
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
• Drive programme performance, ensuring milestones, budgets, and quality standards are achieved
• Lead client and project meetings, providing clear progress updates and commercial reporting
• Oversee project health & safety compliance and environmental standards
• Manage technical submissions, RFIs, commissioning activities, and project close-out processes
• Identify project risks early and implement proactive solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager managing construction or building services projects
• Strong knowledge of BMS platforms such as Trend, Tridium, Metasys, or similar systems
• Proven experience delivering large-scale projects valued between £2M to £4M
• Previous exposure to data centres or critical infrastructure
