We re seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive our expansion into the Umbrella Payroll & Corporate Partnerships sectors. If you have a strong B2B sales background, a valuable industry network, and a hunter mentality, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
  • Pitch services, close deals, and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage smooth client onboarding and maximise partnership potential.
  • Build long-term relationships to drive sustainable growth.
About You
  • Proven B2B sales success in Umbrella Payroll and/or Corporate Partnerships.
  • Strong network of decision-makers.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and target-focused.
  • Skilled in onboarding and growing client accounts.
