Senior Endur Business Analyst

6 month Contract | London (Hybrid) | Rate: £730 -760 per day (inside IR35)]

We’re looking for an experienced Endur Business Analyst to join a high-impact programme focused on the European Power trading markets. You’ll lead your own workstream, shaping solutions across Front, Middle, or Back-Office functions and working closely with stakeholders from business and IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the business analysis for a defined workstream from planning through to go-live.
• Shape and validate solution designs, balancing risk, feasibility, and business value.
• Act as the escalation point for your workstream, resolving issues and roadblocks.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage expectations effectively.
• Drive innovation by identifying better ways of working and system improvements.

About You

• Proven experience as an Endur Business Analyst , including hands-on configuration expertise.
• Strong background in full project lifecycle delivery within trading environments.
• Deep understanding of European Power trading and related financial instruments (e.g., swaps, futures, PPAs).
• Functional expertise in at least one of the following: trade capture, risk valuation, market risk, back-office, accounting, or ETRM system migration.
• Confident working in Agile teams with a proactive and quality-focused mindset.
