Responsibilities: As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will be responsible for translating client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, and be responsible for team decisions. Engaging with business and technical teams from across the organisation and contributing to key decisions will be essential, as well as providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams. Expert proficiency in ServiceNow is required.
Core responsibilities as set out by the Client are listed below: Provide oversight of Technical Governance across the ServiceNow Platform, Enforcing coding standards across the existing team and client resources, Proving Solutions and documenting High Level Design artefacts Act as an escalation point for issues and development blockers Proactively identifies and logs improvement opportunities for the business Contributes to platform health management Contributes to technical triage of major issues where required
