We are looking for an Account Executive who can demonstrate their ability to sell the full range of hardware, software and service solutions to existing clients and new businesses – achieving key performance targets.
Able to identify marketplace opportunities, prospect and engage new clients, develop proposals, and manage the contract process.
This is a position ideally suited to an experienced, client-focused Account Executive whose role is to solve client needs by building deep and wide partnerships with the client.
You must be able to identify opportunities to introduce existing products and services and new digital solutions which will improve experience for customers, deliver growth and revenue.
Please note you will be expected to be based at our clients London office 2 days per week
Key responsibilities:
- To meet and exceed your GP target
- Manage an existing account base, whilst bringing your business and contacts onboard Find new opportunities within existing clients – both regionally and through digital solutions
- Find new business opportunities outside of the existing client base
- Work directly with clients to fully understand their requirements and then devise a solution using the full range of our clients’ services, both hardware and digital solutions
- Successfully complete all the training required to a high standard to be able to do the job effectively
- Carry out both print and process audits with clients, where appropriate
- Attend meetings at the documented frequency to go through key performance statistics (and benefit realisation where appropriate) with the client
- Liaise with the client and company internal teams to resolve any client service issues to their satisfaction
- Develop good client relationships with a wide range of people from board to operational level to fully understand how the client operates
- Work with your Customer Relationship Executive to continually deliver exceptional service, but also to uncover new opportunities
- Maintain and grow clients, to uncover new relationships and opportunities
- Complete all internal tasks required such as maintaining the CRM system and administration tasks (expenses, holiday requests etc) to a high standard
- Be accountable for prioritising conflicting and competing demand across the business to ensure company resources are deployed to maximum effect
- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and departmental plans

- Resilience to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Experienced in Managed Print Services and Digital Solutions
