£20 - £22.90 p/h PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay)
15-month contract
Monday to Friday, 40 hours p/w
Fully office-based in Leatherhead, Surrey
The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced PA / Project Support professional to join a busy international oil and gas project based in Leatherhead.
This is a varied, people-focused position combining administrative coordination, travel arrangements, stakeholder support & the practical day-to-day organisation of a project office. You will work closely with an international client team and internal support departments, helping to keep activities organised and running efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, numbering, issuing and filing project correspondence
- Maintaining administrative lists and registers on SharePoint
- Arranging flights, hotels, airport collections and other business travel
- Coordinating SharePoint access and general IT requirements
- Liaising with IT regarding conference and meeting-room issues
- Organising meetings, catering, project events and VIP visits
- Ensuring meeting rooms, printers and office supplies are properly maintained
- Providing practical support to international personnel and their families relocating to the UK, including accommodation, schooling, transport enquiries, etc.
- Assisting with document management and wider project administration when required
What we are looking for?
You will have previous experience in PA, project support or senior administration and be confident managing a varied workload in a busy professional environment.
You will also need:
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Practical experience using SharePoint and DocuSign
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Experience coordinating travel, meetings or events
- Confident communication and stakeholder-management skills
- A professional, helpful and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to work independently, use your initiative and take ownership of tasks
Experience gained within engineering, energy, construction or oil and gas would be advantageous. Previous involvement with international project teams would also be beneficial but is not essential.
Important information
This role is based in Leatherhead, Surrey, and requires office attendance five days per week. Applicants must therefore be able to commute reliably. Leatherhead benefits from excellent rail links to London Victoria and London Waterloo.
